Namely gives you the resources to make your life easier and your employees happier. The HRIS is a computerized system that allows human resources managers to collect, organize, store, update and retrieve the information necessary to manage their workers. Namely (opens in new tab) is a cloud-based human resources (opens in new tab) information system (HRIS), one that allows businesses of all sizes to engage with staff and tackle admin chores easily. This option is available in the Integrations section of your Workable account under Namely. If you have the onboarding feature active on your Namely account you can have an onboarding session automatically created for candidates when they are moved to the Hired stage in Workable.Īfter setting up the integration in the Integration menu page by following the steps above, flip the Create onboarding session switch to ON. Click this button to send the candidate's details to Namely. When the auto-export switch is to OFF, a button will appear in the toolbar for candidates in the Hired stage. When the switch is set to OFF, you'll need to manually export candidates in Hired stage. When this switch is set to ON, any candidate who is moved to a Hired stage in your pipeline will automatically have their details sent to Namely. In the Integrations section of your account, under Namely, there is an option to enable auto-export for hired candidates. That's it! Workable and Namely are now connected. Copy the value of the token and paste it in the corresponding Access Token field in Workable.At the New Personal Access Token form, provide a name and click on Create.Next, log in to your Namely account to create an API Key: Enter the subdomain for your Namely account (it's the first part of the URL when you access Namely, for example if you access it via my_, your subdomain would be my_company).Under HR Information Systems click on Namely.Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings and select Integrations.If neither offer letters or requisitions were used, the date that the candidate was moved to the Hired stage is sent as the Start Date. Note: The Start Date that is sent to Namely is determined by either the start date set in an offer letter (using the variable) or the start date set when filling a requisition (with Hiring Plan).
